1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Summit Vacations services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total package cost. Full payment is due 30 days before departure. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Summit Vacations is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip interruption, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

Participants engage in outdoor activities at their own risk. Summit Vacations maintains comprehensive liability insurance but participants are responsible for their own actions and safety.

6. Force Majeure

Summit Vacations is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
